कोमल सिंह ने बताया कि जो कश्मीर घाटी के लो पीडित हैं उनकी सहायता करनी चाहिए और समस्या का समाधान करग देश में एकजुट होकर भाईचारे का संदेश जनगण तक पहुंचाना है। यह कि एक दशक से ज्यादा हो गया है कि कश्मीर समस्या पर बोलने का साहस किसी ने नहीं किया। यह पहला महान अवसर है कि हम कश्मीर मुद्दे पर बात करने के लिए आगे आकर निडर होकर अपनी मात्र भूमि के मुद्दे का समाधान कर सकते हैं। यह कश्मीर के लिए बहुत गर्व की बात होगी। गुलशा बेगम द्वारा बनाया गया शांतिवार्ता करने का यह एक बडा मंच है।
