हर वर्ष 22 मार्च के दिन को संयुक्त राष्ट (UNITED NATIONS) के द्वारा विश्व जल दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है | माउंट आबू की आवाज सामुदायिक रेडियो केंद्र “रेडियो मधुबन 90.4 एफ एम ने छात्र छात्राओं के अन्दर जल के महत्व को बढ़ावा देने के लिए कई कार्यक्रम आयोजित किये | इस कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत छात्र छात्राओं को जल के श्रोत, जल की खपत, जल का पुनः इस्तेमाल और जल संरक्षण के बारे में बताया गया| सभी की जागरूकता हेतु एक छात्र छात्राओं द्वारा एक रेडियो नाटिका की प्रस्तुति रेडियो पर की गयी | दानवाव स्थित माध्यमिक विद्यालय में कक्षा 6 से 9 तक के विद्यार्थियों के लिए 1.जल और जंगल 2.जल का पुनः इस्तेमाल 3.जल के श्रोत विषय पर एक भाषण प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया | जिसमे में 15 विद्यार्थियों ने भाग लिया | कार्यक्रम में विज्ञानं शिक्षक श्री सय्यद यश्मिन, रेडियो मधुबन की कार्यक्रम प्रमुख कृष्णा जी ने निर्णायक की भूमिका निभाई |प्रतियोगिता में निम्न विद्यर्थियों विजेता रहे | कार्यक्रम का संचालन आर.जे.आरुषी ने किया

प्रतियोगिता में सफल विद्यार्थियों को सम्मान पत्र और पौधे देकर सम्मानित किया गया | विद्यालय के शिक्षक ज्योतिर्मय शर्मा ने विद्यार्थियों ने कार्यक्रम को आत्मविश्वास बढ़ने वाला बताया | विद्यालय की प्रधान अध्यापिका श्रीमती अलका शर्मा ने विद्यार्थियों को एक मंच प्रदान करने के लिए रेडियो मधुबन का धन्यवाद अर्पण किया | पुरे कार्यक्रम का रेडियो रिकॉर्डिंग की गयी जिसे बाद में रेडियो मधुबन पर प्रसारण भी किया गया |
एक ऐसा ही कार्यक्रम डामरफली राजकीय प्राथमिक विद्यालय में भी आयोजित किया गया जिसमे विद्यार्थियों ने जल के बारे में कविता, लोक गीत और कहानिया सुनाई | स्कूल के प्रिंसिपल श्री बाबूलाल जी ने विद्यार्थियों के अन्दर जल और वृक्षारोपण रेडियो के बारे में विद्यार्थियों के अन्दर जागरूकता फ़ैलाने के लिए रेडियो मधुबन का धन्यवाद अर्पण किया |यंहा 5वीं कक्षा के विद्यार्थी विष्णु प्रथम, रमिला द्वितीय और अजमी कुमारी तृतीय स्थान पर रहे | यंहा विद्यार्थियों ने जल और जंगल बचाने की प्रतिज्ञा की | रेडियो मधुबन के पवित्र और विनोद ने कार्यक्रम का संयोजन किया |
On World Water Day Radio Madhuban gave Message of Water Conservation
To bring awareness about the importance of water Radio Madhuban conducted several awareness programs. The young volunteers conducted Vox Pop in the nearby villages to know about their water resources, reuse of water & water consumption. The women bring water from far away places even for their daily routine and drinking water with 2 pots on their head. Radio Madhuban produced a 25 min capsule with the vox pop and the same was broadcasted on radio. Also, a skit has been recorded to bring awareness about the world water day and importance of water in daily life.
The team also conducted a speech competition for the local Govt. Middle school, Danvav children of 6th to 9th. The topics for the competition were 1. Water & Forest, 2. Re-use of water, 3. Sources of Water. The children participated in the completion with so much of enthusiasm and shared their views. The school teachers put in a lot of effort to prepare the children for the competition. Around 15 students participated in the competition. The competition was judged by Mrs. Syed Yasmeen, Science Teacher, Ms. Krishna, Production Head, Radio Madhuban. The senior teacher Jyotirmay Sharma appreciated the children’s confidence to come on the stage and speak into the mike. The school principal, Mrs. Alka Sharma appreciated the efforts Radio Madhuban for conducting such a program and giving a platform for the children. All the speeches were recorded and aired on radio. The children were rewarded with the plants and certificates. The children with a lot of smiles have planted their saplings in the school and gave the commitment to take care of it daily.

Radio Madhuban also encouraged the students of Govt. Primary school, Damar Phalli, Panchdeval. The little children shared their views through their poem, stories, folk songs. The Principal, Babulal thanked the team Radio Madhuban for giving chance to the little children to participate in the world water day and to express their views. The little voices were recorded and aired on radio. The liitl kids planted the saplings and took oath to take care of the plants and to save the water.
