सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा नौ राज्यो में जाट समुदाय के आरक्षण को रद्द किये जाने के मेरी राय है कि किसानो को आरक्षण की सख्त जरुरत है तथा दुर्भाग्य से समाज को उच्चतम न्यायालय में अपना पक्ष मजबूती से रखना चाहिए था। जाट समाज को मिलकर अपने वैधानिक अधिकारो के लिए लडाई जारी रखेगा तथा फैसले के कानूनी पहलुओं का अध्ययन कर आगे की रणनिती बनायी चाहिए। हालांकि राजस्थान में केवल दो जिलो – भरतपुर औऱ धौलपुर के ही जाट बंधु उच्चतम न्यायालय के फैसले से प्रभावित हुए है पर सभी क्षेत्रों के किसान समुदाय के लोग उनके साथ कन्धे से कन्धा मिलाकर उनके हक की लड़ाई लड़ने को तैयार है।
It is unfortunate that the community is not been able to put its legal position forward in Supreme Court which has led to court quashing the reservation given to community in nine states in 2014. Iin Rajasthan, Jats in only two districts namely Bharatpur and Dholpur will be affected by the decision.
“We are standing by the community in nine states and will support all possible option by the community to gain back the much needed reservation for the farming community.” Jat need reservation as OBC in the country and National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC) had recommended reservation for Jats in Rajasthan in November 1997, which was accordingly given to the community and led to representation of community members in government services and education institutions increasing level of education.
