आज कल आधुनिक यू और पड़े लिखे लोगो के बीच ये काफी चर्चा का विषय है हर एक की अपनी परिभाषा है. अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता का ये कतई मतलब नहीं है की आप किसी के धर्म और समाज के बारे में उल्टा सीधा कुछ भी कह सकते हो हाँ ये जरुर है की अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता के नाम पर आप अपनी बात सारगर्भित तरीके से रख सकते हो. इसमें भी (अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता) धर्म और राष्ट्र के आधार पर अपने अपने नजरिये है विकासशील देशो से ये उम्मीद की जाती है की वो अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता को जायदा तवज्जो दे और विकसित देश अपने हिसाब से चलते है. कोई भी समाज चाहे नया हो या पुराना हमेशा से ही कुछ परम्पराओं और नियम का पालन करता आया है उसी से देश और दुनिया चलती है. इत्तेफाक से अभी एक फिल्म चर्चा में है जिस में पैगम्बर ऐ इस्लाम के बारे में कुछ आपतिजनक दर्शाया गया है और फ्रांस की क्लोसेर मगज़ीन ने ब्रिटेन के केट जो भविष्य मचल कर महारानी बनेगे के कुछ प्राइवेट फोटो छापे है. दोनों को आप अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता का नाम दे सकते है पर दोनों गलत है. अब इस पर जो फैसला आया वो सुन लीजिये उस पर अदालत ने 2,000 euros (about $2,600). का जुरमाना किया और फिल्म के बारे में अभी तक कोई फैसला नहीं हुआ. अरे भई अब कहाँ गयी अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता. इसलिए मेरा आप से निवेदन है की ये एक चिंतन का विषय है अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता एक सारगर्भित और आदर्श तरीके तक ही ठीक है उसके बाद वो उसका उल्लंघन है. किसी भी धर्म और समाज के यदि कुछ आपतिजनक लगता है तो सरकर और समाज का नेतिक दाय्तिव है की वो उसकी रोके.
नोट : और जो भविष्य में महरानी बनाने जा रही है उसे समाज में कुछ आदर्श पैदा करना चाहिए न की इस तरह की अश्लीलता. फोटो इतने अश्लील है की हमने इस लेख के साथ नहीं लगाये.
