A festival to honour the great Sufi saint Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Chishty of the Ajmer Sheriff Shrine

Noida, India, December 11,2015- 5th International Sufi Festival India will be held on 17th December 2015 at Marwah Studios, New Delhi at 11 am. The Annual festival is held in honour of the famous Sufi saint of Ajmer Shariff Shrine Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Chishty.

Mr Sandeep Marwah President Marwah Studios quoted that Sufi music acts as a uniquely valuable bridge between all cultures that is created to help the world in an attempt to come as a central point of togetherness and brotherhood.

The spokesperson for ISFI festival Mr Atul Agarwal said Sufi devotional music inspired by the works of Sufi poets, like Rumi, Hafiz, Bulleh Shah, Amir Khusrow and Khwaja Ghulam Farid will be presented by various artists.

Sufi Art Exhibition and Sufi Film Festival will be held to act as a cultural spread for Sufism itself.

The Annual festival is held in honour of the famous Sufi Saint Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Chishty of the Ajmer Sheriff Shrine. Therefore the festival follows a tradition by seeking the blessing and consent of the Esteemed Deewan & Religious Head of the Ajmer Sheriff Shrine, Sajjadanasheen Janab Syed Zainul Abedin Ali Khan, the direct descendant and great grandson of the Sufi Saint, as a mark of respect and regards to the highest level.

The festival conceived and directed by Gulsha Begum.The event is organized by Kamaluddin Charitable Trust and Marwah Studios.
